PPH MR230

																													PPH MR230
- Polypropylene 230C is a transparent impact copolymer polypropylene (PP copolymer) produced by Shazand Petrochemical, Marun Petrochemical, Navid Zar Chimi, and Polynar Petrochemical (Iran). Supplied in granular form, this grade is designed for injection molding applications that require a balance of impact strength, clarity, and process efficiency. - Marketed under several trade names — MR 230C, ZR 230C, PNR 230C, and ARP 230C — this versatile copolymer offers excellent flow properties, dimensional stability, and surface gloss, making it ideal for producing household goods, automotive interior parts, appliance components, and industrial containers. - With its optimized melt flow index, PP 230C ensures fast cycle times, uniform mold filling, and consistent performance even in thin-walled or complex-shaped products. Its impact resistance at room and sub-zero temperatures makes it a preferred material for demanding applications where both durability and appearance are key. - Grade: MR 230C / ZR 230C / PNR 230C / ARP 230C
 Chemical Formula: PP 230C

- PNR230 is a polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R) developed for applications that demand high impact resistance, thermal stability, and optical clarity. Produced by Navid Zar Chimi Petrochemical (Iran) and other major suppliers, this grade exhibits excellent performance in both cold and hot water applications, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to cracking under pressure and temperature variations. - PNR230 maintains high impact strength even at low temperatures, making it suitable for construction-grade pipe systems and fittings. The random copolymer structure enhances flexibility, chemical resistance, and hydrostatic pressure performance, ensuring reliability in potable water, heating, and plumbing systems. - Compared to other polypropylene grades, random copolymer polypropylene offers higher impact resistance than homopolymer PP, while maintaining greater rigidity and dimensional stability than block copolymers. It also possesses inherent transparency, which can be further improved through nucleating agent modification, making it ideal for hygienic and transparent food packaging and medical-grade applications. - Key Features- High impact resistance, even at low temperatures
- Excellent thermal and chemical resistance for pipe applications
- Suitable for both hot and cold water systems

High Impact Resistance – Even at Low Temperatures:
PNR230 delivers exceptional impact strength, maintaining its toughness even in low-temperature environments. The random copolymer structure enhances energy absorption and prevents brittle failure, ensuring long-term reliability in hot and cold water pipe systems, fittings, and structural applications exposed to temperature fluctuations.
This property makes PNR230 ideal for construction materials, hygienic piping systems, and technical parts that require mechanical durability, crack resistance, and extended service life, even under challenging thermal conditions.
