  • Polypropylene HP550J is a high-flow polypropylene homopolymer (PP homopolymer) produced in bright granule form by Marun Petrochemical, Shazand Petrochemical, Navid Zar Chimi, and Jam Polypropylene Company (Iran). It is specifically designed for film extrusion, BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) production, and sheet thermoforming applications requiring excellent optical quality, process stability, and mechanical performance.

    With its optimized melt flow rate, HP550J ensures uniform thickness distribution, excellent surface gloss, and high transparency, making it ideal for food packaging films, lamination, and protective film applications. This grade provides medium stiffness and high clarity, along with consistent extrusion performance even at high line speeds.

    HP550J (also known as ZH550J) offers excellent processability and balanced mechanical strength, making it suitable for film extrusion lines, thermoforming, and high-output BOPP production.

    Thermoforming Sheets:
    Used for food packaging, containers, and disposable trays, offering clarity, formability, and thermal resistance.

    Film Yarn and Monofilament Extrusion:
    Ideal for producing textile film yarns with denier counts up to 1100–1200, used in carpet backing fabrics, industrial mats, woven bags, and geotextiles.

    Stretched Tapes for Weaving:
    Films produced from HP550J can be converted into stretched tapes for woven polypropylene fabrics, ensuring dimensional stability and uniform texture in end products.

    Heavy-Duty Twines and Ropes:
    Film yarns with denier counts ranging from 3000 to 28,000 are utilized in baler twines, packaging twines, and industrial ropes, providing high tensile strength and long service life.
