Heavy Naphtha

  • High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) HEX 4460 – PE80+

HEX 4460 High-Density Polyethylene (PE80+) is a high-performance grade designed for HDPE pipe applications that require excellent mechanical strength and processability. With a Melt Flow Index (MFI) of 0.33 g/10 min (190°C / 5.0 kg) and 6 g/10 min (190°C / 21.6 kg), this material ensures outstanding balance between rigidity and flexibility, making it ideal for pressure and industrial piping systems.

This grade features a density of 0.944 g/cm³ and is considered an equivalent to HDPE 7700 in terms of performance and composition.
The product is supplied in granule (pellet) form and classified under HS Code 39012000.

Packaging: 55 bags × 25 kg each, shrink-wrapped on sturdy wooden pallets for safe and efficient handling.
Manufacturer: Arya Sasol Petrochemical Company (ASPC)

  • Heavy Naphtha is a complex hydrocarbon mixture obtained through crude oil distillation, serving as an essential feedstock for a wide range of downstream petrochemical operations. It is primarily used in catalytic reforming units to produce high-octane gasoline components and aromatic hydrocarbons.

Compared to light naphtha, this product exhibits a higher boiling point range and contains a greater proportion of C7–C12 hydrocarbons, providing superior density, volatility, and reforming characteristics. These properties make Heavy Naphtha ideal for use in gasoline blending, olefin production, and chemical synthesis applications.

Araz Petro offers both hydrotreated and solvent-refined grades of Heavy Naphtha, ensuring low sulfur content, high purity, and full compliance with REACH and GHS safety standards for secure handling and industrial performance.

Technical Highlights of Heavy Naphtha
